Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Organizational Transformation Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive organizational change, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Lead Complex Consultations: Manage and facilitate multi-faceted consultations, including redundancy, redeployment, and TUPE, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide Strategic HR Guidance: Offer expert advice and counsel to senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff, on all people-related implementation items.
  • Coach and Develop HR Team Members: Provide coaching and training to the broader HR team to enhance their skills and capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to support organizational change.
  • Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, demonstrating credibility and influence to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience in Change Management: A track record of implementing successful change programs, with expertise in leading consultations and managing complex projects.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Highly structured and organized approach, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Employment Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employment law, with a commercial mindset and ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
  • Resilience and Drive: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a drive for excellence and a collaborative spirit.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a flexible approach to work.
