Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: London/Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Salary: £90,000- £100,000 + Bonus & Benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Network HR. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR business partnering to our client, a prestigious global Asset Management firm based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships across the UK business, with a specific focus on supporting the Investment teams and London-based colleagues.
  • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division, including organisational design and transformation programmes.
  • Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
  • Manage a junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives.
  • Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.

Requirements:

  • Experienced background in Financial services, with Asset Management experience highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
