About the Role

As a Senior HR Consultant at Michael Page HR, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' HR functions, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including employee records, benefits administration, and HR software maintenance.
  • Client Projects: Lead specific client projects, including grievances, disciplinary issues, TUPE, and redundancy, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct health and safety assessments, develop risk assessments, and provide training on health and safety best practices.
  • Training and Development: Administer training courses, including DSE and Sexual Harassment, and provide support for new employees.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance for client workforces, oversee performance concerns, and provide support with immigration and right to work procedures.
  • Employee Handbook: Maintain and update client Employee Handbooks, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Remuneration: Assist with client remuneration policies and strategies.
Requirements
  • CIPD level 5 as a minimum, with a strong background in delivering HR solutions to external clients.
  • Experience in using HR cloud systems and producing high-quality written and verbal advice.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
