Role Purpose:

Assisting the Group HR Systems and Benefits Manager in overseeing our HR Systems (Workday), which encompasses all our personnel data, and ISG Talent (Performance Management and Learning), to guarantee that all employee information is accurately documented and maintained.

You will serve as our in-house authority on system functionalities and the primary resource for our HR colleagues, ensuring they are equipped and capable of fulfilling their duties. As we advance our systems capabilities, this individual will aid in both the integration and enhancement of such capabilities.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Foster relationships with system providers, document system issues and resolutions, engage in weekly meetings, participate in training sessions on system updates, and relay information to relevant personnel while maintaining appropriate test environments.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure a comprehensive understanding of how our HR Systems interface with other systems across the organization.
  • Support the HR and HR Shared Services teams with their reporting needs, including weekly/monthly reports and the creation of standardized or ad-hoc reports.
  • Conduct project work related to the maintenance and enhancement of our HR systems and assist in generating Groupwide KPI reports.
  • Assist with Benefits Reporting and Data Cleansing initiatives.

Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience with HR Systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel and other system-related skills.
  • Experience as a Super User of HR systems is desirable.
Qualifications:
  • A degree is preferred.
  • CIPD qualification is preferred.
