Role Purpose:

Assisting the Group HR Systems and Benefits Manager in overseeing our HR Systems (Workday), which contains all our personnel data, and ISG Talent (Performance Management and Learning), to guarantee that all employee information is accurately recorded and maintained.

You will serve as our in-house authority on system functionalities and the primary resource for our HR colleagues, ensuring they are equipped and capable of fulfilling their roles. As we continue to enhance our systems capabilities, this individual will support both the integration and advancement of such capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with system providers, document system issues and progress, participate in weekly meetings, attend training sessions on system updates, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate personnel while maintaining relevant test environments.
  • Collaborate with IT to understand how our HR Systems integrate with other systems across the organization.
  • Assist the HR and HR Shared Services team with their reporting needs, including weekly/monthly reports and the creation of standardized or ad-hoc reports.
  • Engage in project work related to the maintenance and enhancement of our HR systems and aid in the production of Groupwide KPI reports.
  • Support Benefits Reporting and Data Cleansing initiatives.

Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience with HR Systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel and systems management.
  • Experience as a Super User of HR systems is desirable.
Qualifications:
  • A degree is preferred.
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous.
