We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Family Support Team Administrator to join our dedicated team at Shooting Star Children's Hospices.

Shooting Star Children's Hospices specializes in providing essential care and support to families facing the challenges of having a child with a life-limiting condition or those who have experienced loss. Our organization has been recognized as 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, and we offer comprehensive support to families throughout Surrey and London, from diagnosis to end-of-life care and bereavement.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrator to work at our Children's Hospice in Hampton on a full-time basis.

This position will provide vital support to our busy Family Support Team, which includes Counsellors, Therapists, and Family Support Workers.

Candidates should possess prior experience in an administrative capacity and have a strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively and compassionately with parents, caregivers of children with life-limiting conditions, bereaved families, and other professionals.
