We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Family Support Team Administrator to become part of our dedicated team at Shooting Star Children's Hospices.

Shooting Star Children's Hospices specializes in providing comprehensive care and support to families with children facing life-limiting conditions, as well as those who have experienced bereavement. Recognized for our 'Outstanding' service by the Care Quality Commission, we offer assistance to families throughout Surrey and London, from diagnosis through to end-of-life care and beyond.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Children's Hospice in Hampton on a full-time basis.

This position will provide vital support to our dynamic Family Support Team, which includes Counsellors, Therapists, and Family Support Workers.

Candidates should possess prior experience in an administrative capacity, along with strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively and compassionately with parents and caregivers of children with life-limiting conditions, bereaved families, and other professionals.
