Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and manage incoming phone communications, ensuring messages are relayed as necessary.
  • Oversee the primary email correspondence for the institution, addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update student information and institutional databases.
  • Assist with various administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry tasks.
  • Support the creation and dissemination of institutional communications and newsletters.
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings for educational staff.
  • Help organize school events and activities.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and inviting.
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Work Schedule:
This role is structured for 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 1pm to 5pm)

Compensation:
Competitive salary, aligned with the M- M6 teaching scale, based on qualifications and experience.
