Fleet Administration Specialist

Halmer Recruit is seeking a skilled Fleet Administration Specialist to join their data optimisation team in Hampton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client driver fines, updating vehicle management systems, and administering company and client MID.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and sending driver packs to clients prior to vehicle delivery
- Monitoring and managing client MOT/service/vehicle recall and insurance reminders
- Producing client-related reports as directed by the team lead
- Administering and reporting on company and client MID
- Updating customer toll accounts where applicable
- Undertaking tasks and administration relating to the taxing of vehicles and logging and filing of fleet V5 documents
