Halmer Recruit is seeking a skilled Fleet Administration Specialist to join their data optimisation team in Hampton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client driver fines, updating vehicle management systems, and administering company and client MID.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and sending driver packs to clients prior to vehicle delivery
  • Monitoring and managing client MOT/service/vehicle recall and insurance reminders
  • Producing client-related reports as directed by the team lead
  • Administering and reporting on company and client MID
  • Updating customer toll accounts where applicable
  • Undertaking tasks and administration relating to the taxing of vehicles and logging and filing of fleet V5 documents
