About The Role

Overview
Our Motor Finance Administrative Support Team is seeking an individual with a strong background in customer service who can approach tasks with precision and care. Are you the right fit? Do you possess outstanding organizational, communication, and administrative abilities?

Role Purpose
In this position, you will be tasked with the efficient processing of all loan disbursements, new introducer applications, and requests directed to the Business Support sector. Your role is crucial in upholding the department's high standards of customer service and ensuring consistent communication with our business introducers. You should demonstrate excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

This role may require working during non-standard hours across a 6-day schedule. Key Responsibilities Understand and contribute to the objectives of the business area Meet personal targets set by the Business Support Manager Provide administrative and processing assistance to Underwriters regarding new business applications Verify and validate all documentation related to agreements and vehicles for application payouts, conducting all necessary pre-completion checks, including fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measures prior to fund release Adhere to credit policies and lending guidelines consistently
Maintain high accuracy levels in data entry by achieving expected call and file audit scores Effectively manage incoming inquiries related to new lending Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines and service standards by maintaining high productivity and team collaboration Engage in meetings with open and constructive communication Attend training sessions identified for personal and professional development Build and maintain professional relationships with external service providers, introducers, and internal stakeholders Uphold and embody the values of Paragon

About You

Required Skills Prior experience in a customer service and administrative role Knowledge of current regulatory and compliance standards Strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently Clear and concise communication skills across all levels Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Qualifications and Experience
Essential prior experience in customer service and administrative functions.

Working Hours
37.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break). Additionally, you may be required to work one Saturday every six weeks from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
