Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Estimating team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Verify all new tenders meet requirements, update notification sheets, distribute records, organize and file tenders, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, soliciting interest in pricing and requesting quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up on quotes.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, with a strong understanding of organizational principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and subcontractors.
