About The Role

Overview
Our Motor Finance Administrative Support Team is seeking an individual with a background in customer service who can approach tasks methodically, ensuring precision at all times. Do you possess exceptional administrative, communication, and organizational abilities?

Role Purpose
You will be tasked with the timely management of all loan disbursements, new introducer applications, and requests directed to the Administrative Support sector. Your role will be crucial in upholding the department's high standards of customer service and maintaining consistent communication with our business introducers. You should have outstanding administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both accurately and methodically.

The position requires some flexibility in working hours across a 6-day schedule. Key Responsibilities Understand and contribute to achieving the objectives of the business area Meet personal goals set by the Administrative Support Manager Provide processing and administrative assistance to Underwriters regarding new business application processing Verify and validate agreements and vehicle documentation for all application payouts, conducting all necessary pre-completion checks, including fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measures prior to fund release Adhere to credit policies and lending guidelines at all times
Maintain data entry accuracy by achieving expected call and file audit scores Effectively manage incoming new lending inquiries Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed deadlines and service standards by maintaining high productivity levels and contributing to team efforts Participate in meetings with open and positive communication Attend training sessions identified for personal and role development Build and maintain professional relationships with external service providers, introducers, and internal clients Be aware of and adhere to Paragon's company values

About You

Required Skills Prior experience in a customer service and administrative role Understanding of all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently Clear and concise communication skills at all levels Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Qualifications and Experience
Essential prior experience in a customer service and administrative capacity.

Working Hours
37.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule, from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break). Additionally, you may be required to work one Saturday every six weeks, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
