This position offers the chance to advance within the SJP Accreditation framework, acquiring knowledge and skills that will aid in crafting a rewarding and meaningful career trajectory.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Services Administrator
The role encompasses a variety of tasks and challenges, including but not limited to:
- Acting as the primary contact for clients and external parties, addressing general inquiries and following up with providers for funds and information.
- Delivering exceptional administrative support while ensuring a high standard of customer service for the Practice's clients.
- Processing new business submissions and fund transfers utilizing specialized software.
- Distributing correspondence and soliciting detailed information for Pension Transfer cases.
- Executing fund switches and financial calculations for clients using designated systems and procedures.
- Ensuring timely processing of business acquired.
- Coordinating clients' annual reviews and generating review letters.
- Managing Salesforce and maintaining up-to-date client information.
Candidate Profile: Financial Services Administrator - This role is both interesting and challenging, suited for a proactive and professional individual who thrives on using their initiative and possesses a 'can-do' attitude.
- Experience in Financial Services is essential, ideally within a St. James's Place Partner Practice, with a solid foundation of knowledge that you are eager to expand.
- Strong IT and communication skills are required, along with excellent organizational abilities and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM system is preferred.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confidence in interacting with Clients and external parties while maintaining complete discretion is crucial.
- Previous experience is advantageous, although training in certain areas can be provided.
