We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Promotions Administrator to join our team at LSL Property Services Plc. As a key member of our Financial Promotions function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of world-class support to our business partners and advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on financial promotions, with a focus on business stationery and social media licencing.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA rules and guidelines, and adhere to B2B and B2C approval processes.
  • Assist in the management of the social media licencing process, including day-to-day management of function record keeping and assessment/approval of individual social media licence applications.
  • Lead role in the assessment and approval of AR business stationery.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information and data for your work on a regular basis.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within your workload and highlight to ensure continual development in output and service, as well as risk mitigation within financial promotions.
Requirements:
  • General knowledge of FCA regulation, including TCF.
  • Desire to learn and grow with the role and regulatory requirements via both on-job training and self-study.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deal with difficult conversations and act with discretion.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 negotiable DOE.
  • Opportunity to develop specialist technical knowledge in the financial services sector.
  • Support for regulatory qualifications, such as CeMAP.
  • Flexible working arrangements, with a circa 50/50 split between working from home and office.
