An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Administrator to join a supportive and dynamic Partner Practice of St. James's Place, specializing in addressing the financial requirements of Professionals, Private Clients, Business Owners, and Retirees.
You will play a crucial role within a collaborative team, managing the business generated by the Advisers through your administrative skills.
This position offers the chance to advance within the SJP Accreditation framework, acquiring knowledge and skills that will aid in developing a rewarding and meaningful career path.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Services Administrator
The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Acting as the primary contact for clients and third parties, addressing general inquiries and following up with providers for funds and information.
- Delivering exceptional administrative support while ensuring a high standard of customer service for clients of the Practice.
- Processing new business submissions and fund transfers using specialized software.
- Drafting correspondence and requesting detailed information for Pension Transfer cases.
- Executing fund switches and performing financial calculations for clients using specific systems and processes.
- Ensuring timely processing of business obtained.
- Coordinating clients' annual reviews and generating review letters.
- Managing Salesforce and maintaining up-to-date client information.
Candidate Profile: Financial Services Administrator - This role is ideal for a proactive and professional individual who enjoys taking initiative and possesses a 'can-do' attitude.
- Experience in Financial Services is essential, preferably within a St. James's Place Partner Practice, with a solid foundation of knowledge that you wish to expand.
- Strong IT and communication skills are required, along with excellent organizational abilities and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM system is advantageous.
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confidence in dealing with Clients and third parties while maintaining discretion is crucial.
- Previous experience is preferred, but training in certain areas can be provided.
