What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Facilities Manager and working closely with our onsite Assistant Facilities Manager you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors into our modern office in Newbury, providing a warm and welcoming greeting that embodies the Novuna brand and values.

You'll also provide administrative support across a variety of tasks which include postal duties, travel and accommodation bookings, ordering stationary, ordering refreshments, meeting room confirmations and car parking bookings.

This role is 100% office based and will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Ensuring building access control is monitored for internal colleagues and external visitors
- Ensuring each face to face and telephone interaction is dealt with using great customer service experience
- Providing administrative support to the facilities team and wider Novuna colleagues

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role we'd like you to have previous reception/customer service experience within a corporate environment and strong administration skills. You'll be polite, engaging and professional, using your fantastic communication skills to provide an exceptional customer service experience with each interaction.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Knowledge and proficiency of using Microsoft Office
- The ability to work by yourself but also as part of the wider facilities team
- A proactive approach and mindset of going above and beyond
- Experience of using a desk booking app would be desirable
