**Office Assistant**
On this position, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and manage the day-to-day organisation of our front-desk and meeting rooms.
**You are great at**:
- Meeting & greeting all visitors, ensuring that they register on the Visitor system
- Facilitate the issuing of visitors & arranging permanent employee badges via Workplace Security
- Order stationery for stock and special orders & monitor stock levels
- Book ground transport as and when required
- Monitoring readings of MFD’s and confirm readings to our supplier
- Book meeting room requests on the Outlook calendar and manage catering requests for meetings
- Send out and Receive mail and distribute post to Department post boxes, act as point of contact for deliveries to site, receive & manage courier requests and appropriate shipping requirements
- Assist in administration tasks such as invoicing and keeping records up to date on Reception
**What it takes**:
- First relevant working experience at a Front Desk or equivalent
- A friendly and service-oriented mindset and a professional attitude
- You enjoy working with people
- Good organisational skills and an eye for details
- Very good English language skills both written and spoken
