Office/finance Administrator

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support a fast-paced Marketing team in the Newbury area. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrator looking for a step into the Marketing industry and utilise their organisation and coordination skills in a varied role. This role is a full-time on-site position working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule meetings, appointments and coordinate logistics-
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence; redirect as necessary-
- Reception, meet and greet visitors-
- Project database management-
- Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate office needs-
- Serve as a point of contact for client enquires and requests-
- Support team with marketing projects and campaigns administration-
- Assist in organising team events, workshops and training sessions-
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication-
- Assist in preparing quotations, expense reports, financial documentation and taking client payments-
- Facilitate client requested procurements-
- Mainor office budget and expenses; report discrepancies as needed-
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, and promotional activities-
- Handle marketing research tasks, data entry and report generation**Requirements**:
- Solid experience as an Administrator, some involving Marketing or Finance tasks-
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-
- Any business, finance or marketing qualification or certification may be advantageous**Benefits**:
