We are currently recruiting for a Finance & Hospitality Administrator at Vodafone HQ Bell House.

**Location**:Vodafone

**Rate of pay**: £20,000 per annum

**Working pattern: 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday based onsite in Vodafone Newbury**

**Days could potentially be Monday to Thursday**

**Key responsibilities**
- Consolidating location financial data, sales figues, labour, margin etc
- Build month end reports for Vodafone group contracts
- Build month end power point presentations for cleints
- Support with all office administration tasks
- Support with booking and planning hospitality events
- Attend client meetings
- Weekly book work for location
- Payroll inputting
