About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Global Finance Team at Kynetec. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role, processing Accounts Payable invoices, employee expenses, and vendor payments in NetSuite.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent support to colleagues worldwide.

This is a hybrid role with the option to work from home and attend the office 1-2 days a week, depending on business needs. You must have access to a car due to limited public transport.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in processing multiple currencies, high volumes of employee expenses, and strong administration skills, including Excel proficiency.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
