Finance Clerk

**Brief Description**
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Company bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
- Handling of purchase and sales invoices
- Monthly P&L reports
- Handling of all service charges, ground rents and maintenance payments
- Producing regular payment reports
- Inputting mortgage rate changes and payment changes onto the finance system, and maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Adhoc finance administrative duties as and when required
**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing the finance of a small business
- Sound understanding of the profit and loss reports
- Good working knowledge of Excel
**Desirable Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience of using Landlord Vision, or other similar property system would be advantageous, but not essential as systems training will be given.

- Confident, ambitious and works well under pressure.
- Able to work quickly, flexibly and effectively meeting deadlines and targets.
- Adaptable and comfortable, juggling a range of tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under own initiative without direction. The ability to prioritise and organise own workload in an effective and accurate manner, whilst working within broad guidelines.
