Overview:
We are proud to partner with a leading organization in the transportation industry, seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team at their Newbury depot. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in vehicle maintenance and excellent teamwork skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing routine service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to exceptional standards
- Effective communication with Service Reception and Workshop Control teams
- Providing technical expertise to customers on occasion
- Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
- Promoting high-quality customer service and loyalty
- Adhering to strict housekeeping standards and efficient work administration
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 (desired) in Vehicle Maintenance
- Ability to multitask effectively
- A keen eye for detail
- Capacity to work under pressure
Benefits:
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, plus a potential OTE of £50,000 - £60,000, along with a range of company benefits including pension scheme, performance bonuses, and more.
