Vehicle Technician Role:
KPI People is recruiting for a qualified Vehicle Technician to work at a busy franchised main dealership in Newbury. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards, while delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Job:
This permanent position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a leading automotive brand. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and providing excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and diagnose any faults
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance to a high standard
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to budget
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What You’ll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- 2 years post apprenticeship experience
- Franchised dealer experience desirable
- MOT Tester desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Excellent references
