**About Royale Boiler Services**:
Royale Boiler Services is a well-established company with a team of dedicated engineers providing service, repairs, and installations for gas, oil, and renewable heat sources. Operating across the Midlands, we serve both domestic and commercial premises, ensuring that our clients have reliable and efficient heating systems. We believe in a strong work life balance at Royale Boiler Services, and this role could be flexible to work around childcare requirements etc but the role is for approximately 25 hours per week.
**Position: Office Administrator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Interaction: Act as the friendly first point of contact for our valued customers, handling phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Scheduling: Efficiently manage engineers' schedules, ensuring they have all the necessary information to complete their tasks promptly and effectively.
- Supply Management: Take charge of ordering supplies and maintaining necessary inventory levels.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office administrator or scheduling role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
