Office Administrator/receptionist

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a part-time position.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Appointment Bookings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
- Answer phone calls and deal with customers at Reception with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
- General Administration duties: Scanning, Data Entry, Filing, Maintaining Records
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional phone & customer service manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and responsibilities.
**Hours**
- Upto 24 hours per week (negotiable)
- Must be able to commit at least 1 full day.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
