Office Administrator

We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to work in Stafford on a temporary contract. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Signing for parcels and storing them safely in the post room.
- Updating telephone listings daily and liaising with the Service Centre to maintain accurate records.
- Providing administrative support to the Service Centre and Finance Teams as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills.
- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a facilities or front-of-house environment.
This is a temporary contract based in Stafford. The hourly pay rate is £14.79 via an umbrella company.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
