HR Administration Officer

This temporary Recruitment Administration Assistant role is ideal for individuals with experience in administration and recruitment who wish to work on a part-time basis.
Main Duties:- Support the recruitment process by preparing job listings and assisting with DBS checks
- Collate and verify candidate references
- Coordinate new employee inductions and provide administrative support
- Prepare and manage attendance records and absence reports
- Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation
- GCSE-level education or equivalent, with strong administration and IT skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role or industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
Working Hours: Part-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Estimated Salary: £12.65 per hour
