Administrative and Recruitment Coordinator

A temporary position for a Recruitment Administration Assistant has arisen to provide ongoing support to the HR department on a temporary basis.
The role encompasses various recruitment and administration duties, including preparing job vacancies, supporting recruitment processes, and monitoring new staff inductions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare job advertisements
- Support recruitment procedures, including DBS checks, right-to-work checks, and obtaining references
- Monitor induction programs for new employees
- Organize attendance hearings
- Collate performance management documents
- Coordinate staff timesheets
- Take minutes during meetings
- Prepare agendas, reports, and resource materials
- Handle phone calls and take messages
- Candidates must have an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with English and Maths at Grade 'C' or above
- Strong background in administration/recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minute-taking skills
- Ability to proofread documents
- Understanding of confidentiality maintenance
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Estimated Salary: £12.65 per hour
