Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Randstad Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employment contracts, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also support the integration of records into AI-based systems and assist with compliance checks.
Responsibilities
- Process new employee contracts and ensure timely completion.
- Co-ordinate the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and system updates.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Support the implementation of AI-based systems to streamline HR workflows.
- Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements and Salary
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification, and residence in or around Stoke on Trent are required. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours, with the possibility of extension.
