We have an amazing opportunity for a Children's Residential Care and Activities Coordinator to join our team at Vetro Recruitment, supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

**Job Description**

As a Children's Residential Care and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care and activities for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours, enabling them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with EBD and challenging behaviours
  • Qualifications in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet

**Location and Shift Patterns**

This role is based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, with shift patterns including 4 days working, including overnights/8 Days off/over four days including overnights.
