Job Title: HR and Payroll Associate

This role as an HR and Payroll Associate involves supporting the Human Resources department with payroll and benefits-related tasks on a permanent basis. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, enabling you to balance work and personal life.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, legislative compliance, and benefit administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, including monthly submissions and reconciliations.
  • Benefit Administration: Coordinate benefits functions, including pension data submission and reporting.
  • Legislative Compliance: Assist with staying up-to-date with payroll legislation, conducting compliance checks, and reconciling share save schemes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum three years in fast-paced payroll environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Attributes: Self-motivation, autonomy, collaborative team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
