Accounting and Business Development Specialist

Lesniak Swann - Cert. B Corp is looking for an Accounting and Business Development Specialist to support our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have a qualified accounting background, with over 2 years of experience in project-based businesses or professional services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts to a high standard
- Developing progress against actions from Board meetings
- Maintaining financial systems and processes
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Managing client invoicing and credit control
- Coordinating payroll, including HMRC liaison
- Supporting office management projects, such as HR system development and B Corp status maintenance
We offer a competitive annual salary of £28,000 for 3 days a week, a pension contribution of 5%, and flexible working arrangements.
