**Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Employal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of 250+ existing accounts in your territory
- Continuously upsell within those accounts
- Conduct cold calling, face-to-face selling, and networking to acquire new business
- Spend 3 days on the road each week attending pre-booked appointments and 2 days in the office planning sales strategies and completing administration tasks
- Utilize a hunter mentality to drive sales growth
**Requirements**
- Previous sales and account management experience is essential
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solutions-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
