Office Management Specialist

Adecco UK Limited is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This role will provide effective financial and administration support, coordinating and streamlining administrative procedures to optimise efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Financial Administration: Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations in a timely manner, liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve any queries.
- Administrative Support: Manage office staff, overseeing office operations, including the management of office supplies, equipment, and staff rota.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures to foster a compliant and productive work environment.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in office management.
- Skills: Strong time-management and people skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Salary: £37,500 - £40,000 per annum.
- Holidays: 31 days holiday including Bank Holidays and birthday off.
- Pension: Matched pension contributions.
- Health Scheme: Company health scheme.
