Our client, a professional services provider in Tamworth, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

This is a full-time office-based position that involves supporting the accounts department with various administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Support the management of the general ledger and assist with account reconciliations.
  2. Record financial transactions in Xero and SIMPRO, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Address finance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Process payroll, employee expense claims, and time sheets.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in an Accounts Assistant or Administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft software.

Bonus points for having basic knowledge of Xero.
