Our client, a professional services provider in Tamworth, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role:This is a full-time office-based position that involves supporting the accounts department with various administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Support the management of the general ledger and assist with account reconciliations.
- Record financial transactions in Xero and SIMPRO, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Address finance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Process payroll, employee expense claims, and time sheets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in an Accounts Assistant or Administrative role.
- Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft software.
Bonus points for having basic knowledge of Xero.
