Receptionist/administrator

RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATION
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and efficiently directing calls to correct recipients, or taking messages where appropriate
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Maintaining the reception and meeting room areas
- Ensuring stationery supplies are adequate and replenished as necessary
- Making appointment and diary management via both paper and electronic systems
- Assisting the accounts department with taking daily banking to the bank on request
- General file / record management i.e. file opening, client identification, document storage and archiving
- Collection of requested archived files from storage unit
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Act as key contact for office facilities
- Assisting the Heads of Department, Solicitors and trainees as appropriate
- Make a positive contribution towards departmental business growth
- IT Support around the office, liaising with IT providers
- Supporting all colleagues
- Amending the company website on request by Line Manager/Directors
- Creating e-shots and drafting content for press releases
- Maintain and update all social media channels
- Assist with organizing networking events and seminars on request
- Provide database support to Directors on request
- Event planning
- Website amendments
- Keep employees updated with current events and press releases
Driving license is required
Hours are negatable to help with childcare
Pay: £18,000.00-£21,230.00 per year
