This is an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our new purpose built facility and become part of a forward thinking company that looks after their employees, looking to become the markets leading industry as a one stop service/repair/paint shop.

The Office Administrator role involves:
Dealing with incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner and redirecting accordingly.

Raising job card on our in-house system and keep up to date with progress of each job.

Update yard report each morning.

Raise estimates following an inbound trailer inspection.

Liaise with Parts department to ensure correct parts are allocated to job.

Support account administrator with PO requests, updating our in-house system and filing.

Request start-up numbers from our Customers.

General administration and ad hoc duties to help support the smooth running of the depot.

Proficient in Microsoft packages and computer literate.

Excellent customer service skills.

Previous experience of working in an administrative role would be desirable.
