Premier Placement Services are looking to recruit Office Administrator to work for our client based in Stoke-On-Trent. Our client maintains and repairs HGVs, trucks, trailers and large commercial vans and is looking for experienced Administrator individual to join their team.

Shifts are Monday
- Friday, 08:30- 17:00

Starting from £24,000 per year.

This role involves:

- Using Excel and MS office.
- Producing costings and estimates.
- Collating information from job sheets and other departments to produce estimates.
- Answering enquiries via telephone.
- Working in an Industrial based environment.

Skills/ Attributes:

- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Computer literate. (experience with Excel and MS office)
- Administration experience.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Confident with making calculations.
- Willingness to learn new skills and software.

Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays.

Breaks: 20-minute morning break and 40 minutes for lunch
