We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an **Office Administrator**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy LT Garage Doors office. You will be dealing with various administrative tasks and providing support to our staff members.

The job involves taking calls and dealing with customer inquiries and problems as well as organising quotes and repairs for garage doors, gates, railings and our other products.

You’ll also be doing general office administration, advising customers about our range of products, booking in services, repairs and installation appointments for customers and supporting the showroom team with order processing.

You'll use computers and be able to work as part of a team, have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.

You need attention to detail and be thorough and diligent when it comes to recording details and doing handovers. It can be a fast-paced working environment and you'll need at least 2 years administration experience.

You'll also support our team of fitters and production staff to make sure they have the correct information for their work and deal with any issues they may have.

The job also involves creating social media content to promote our products and updated our portfolio of installations and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,), Google Suite (Docs and Sheets, Calender)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience of using social media to create promotional posts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential

The job is 3 days a week, 8-5, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9-2. Salary to be discussed.
