**About The Role**:
You will be supporting our Head Office team in managing all day-to-day administration involved in the running of our network of residential homes. The Head Office functions you will be supporting include: Senior Leadership team, Operations, Human Resources & Finance. You will ensure these teams have full administrative support in all area's including: minute taking, data processing, document storage, diary management and other general administration.

**About You**:
You will be excellent at managing your time and prioritizing your workload. You will use your initiative to pro-actively complete tasks and have a keen eye for detail. You will be well versed in Microsoft packages including, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You be willing to learn to use internal software used to manage these functions such as accounting, care planning and HR software.
