Role Overview
Award-winning Internet of Things company, IoT Solutions Group, is seeking an energetic and highly organised Administration Manager to join their fun, ambitious and proactive team.
**Hours**: Full-time, 9am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday
**Location**: Hybrid, two days per week in our Watford office
**Salary**: £26,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience
As our Administration Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the administrative side of the business and provide efficient administrative support. You will oversee various aspects of office management, including office supplies and inventory management, facilities coordination.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining records and documents, managing communication and correspondence, and developing and implementing office policies. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously. By effectively managing administrative processes, you will be a key player in the overall productivity and success of IoT Solutions Group.

General Responsibilities
**Office Operations Management**: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and managing administrative processes across all departments.
**Office Supplies and Inventory Management**:Ensuring an adequate supply of office materials, such as stationery, equipment, and consumables, and managing inventory levels.
**Facilities and Maintenance Coordination**:Coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managing relationships with vendors and service providers..
**Administrative Support**: Providing administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
**Records and Document Management**: Establishing and maintaining efficient systems for organising, storing, and retrieving documents, records, and files, both physical and electronic. Previous experience using Hubspot or similar CRM systems would be a distinct advantage.
Typical Daily Activities
A typical day in the life of the IoTSG Administration Manager is varied and engaging, typically including:
- Professional answering and management of inbound calls and receiving of visitors
- Obtaining relevant information from enquirers, accurately recording client enquiries and information gained from calls, and entering details on the CRM system
- Passing sales opportunities to the appropriate salesperson
- Updating our CRM (HubSpot) with any new contacts and ensuring all fields are populated per client record
- Sensitive and efficient handling of client complaints/queries
- Taking messages and promptly passing them on
- Handling of any incoming/outgoing post, including shipment of devices and imports of parts from outside the UK
