**A Plus Aluminium** have a unique opportunity for a **Office Administrator** to join our growing team based in **Watford**.
We offer the successful **Office Administrator** a competitive starting salary of **£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience** plus performance based bonuses, pension scheme and other excellent benefits.
A Plus Aluminium are a focused, supply-only manufacturer of high quality bespoke aluminium and windows, doors, curtain walling and shop-fronts.
**Note: You must complete the online assessment to be considered for this position.**
**The Office Administrator Role**
You will be responsible for multiple administrative functions within our busy office, including purchasing, sales order processing and answering the phone.
All staff have personal development plans to develop themselves within and beyond their roles at the company.
**Key responsibilities as our Office Administrator**:
- Matching purchase orders to supplier acknowledgements
- Matching delivery notes to purchase orders.
- Checking invoices against deliveries and current price lists
- Processing new orders and enquires
- Answering the phone and dealing with customer issues.

- Ability to work accurately and quickly.
- A confident phone manner.
Our office is located on an industrial centre with limited public transport, you will need to be able to travel to and from work independently. The office is based in Watford which is commutable from Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Borehamwood, Harrow, Edgware, Kings Langley and surrounding areas.
