About the Role

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day office operations and administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement of office services, equipment, and supplies;
  • Facilities maintenance and vendor management;
  • Handling reception duties, including meeting and greeting external visitors and signing them into company systems;
  • Answering phone calls and directing or taking messages as necessary;
  • Contact person for facility-related issues, concerns, and repairs;
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills;
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, purchasing, vendor negotiations, and project management;
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software;
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location

This role is based in Watford, Hertfordshire, and we are seeking a full-time permanent employee.
