Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Office Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our office at Smart10 Ltd in Hertford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Manage office administration, including client inquiries and ISO accreditations.
- Supply Chain Management: Ensure proper office supplies, including essentials and branded merchandise.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate permits, site access, and accommodation for installers and directors.
- Team Assistance: Provide administrative support for the entire team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in office management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a proactive approach are required.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
