Office Administrator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative operations.
About the Role:- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and review incoming remittances
- Receive, input and process supplier bills
- Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and equipment
- Maintain and update supplier contact information
- Arrange meeting rooms, travel and accommodation as required
- Support the sales and administrative teams with ad hoc tasks
- Serve as an additional point of contact for landlords and their representatives
- Assist with planning exhibitions and events, collaborating with the Office Manager
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Familiarity with accounts administration, including invoicing and bill processing
- Experience with ISO 9001 or a comparable quality management system
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and proactive work ethic with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel within the UK, if required
- Competitive salary based on experience (£30,000 - £35,000)
