Job Title: Office Administrator/Secretary

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, typing, and scheduling appointments
- Assist in office management tasks to ensure a well-organized work environment
- Handle clerical tasks as needed and assist with the property management of the property portfolio with the Property Surveyor.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Experience in data entry and office management tasks

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
