What will you be doing:

- Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required

Skills and Experience required for this role:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ⁠Ability to manage different and diverse workloads and balance scheduled tasks with team support requests, be able to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- ⁠Handling administrative requests and queries from managers
- Answer calls in a timely and professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £1,500.00-£1,800.00 per month
