The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
The role is based at our Pep&Co Head Office in Watford, with the ability to work agile between 'home' and the Watford office. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high presentation standards in the office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Head of Merchandising and Senior Merchandising Team
- Manage the diary of the Head of Merchandising and Senior Merchandising Team
- Arrange meetings and events as requested
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain high presentation standards in the office
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work on their own initiative
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven office administration experience with experience of various processes such as expenses and diary management
- Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
