Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Central Clothing team at Pep&Co. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Merchandising and Senior Merchandise team, ensuring the smooth operation of our busy office.
Your responsibilities will include diary management, arranging meetings and events, and maintaining high presentation standards in our Watford office. You will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, liaising with stakeholders at all levels, and meeting and greeting visitors.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Head of Merchandising and Senior Merchandise team
- Manage diaries and arrange meetings and events
- Maintain high presentation standards in the Watford office
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Meet and greet visitors
- Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Proven office administration experience
- Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
