**TRAINEE SALES OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

**SALARY UP TO £25,000 Depending on experience**
Sales Office Admin
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare reportsand correspondence
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Support the operations team in various administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Clerical and data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
